Arthur W. Eggers and Franklin S. Mitvalsky to Address Employer Representatives at Seminar in Cedar Rapids. On May 30, 2007, Mr. Eggers, Mr. Mitvalsky and Mr. Wendt will make a presentation at the Clarion Hotel in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to a group of employer representatives located in that area. Mr. Eggers and Mr. Wendt will deliver an employment law update, and Mr. Wendt will also cover technology issues in the workplace. Mr. Mitvalsky will address the crowd regarding non-competition agreements and other methods to protect employer property.

Franklin S. Mitvalsky and John A. Slover, Jr. to Speak at Palmer College of Chiropractic Homecoming. On August 10, 2007, John A. Slover, Jr. and Franklin Mitvalsky are slated to address attendees of Palmer College of Chiropractic's Homecoming Festivities in Davenport, Iowa. Mr. Slover and Mr. Mitvalsky will be focusing their remarks on estate planning and wealth preservation, ranging from the essential aspects of a straightforward estate plan to advanced tax planning strategies, charitable giving techniques and a number of related issues.
